James A. Mirazita, MD, DABA, ABIPP, is a proud member of team of providers at Ketaminology, with locations in Nashua, and Newington, New Hampshire.

Dr. Mirazita is a graduate of the Ohio State University College of Medicine, under the U.S. Air Force Health Professions Scholarship Program. He completed his internship in general surgery at David Grant U.S. Air Force Medical Center in California. He completed his residency in anesthesiology with a concentration in pain management at Wilford Hall U.S. Air Force Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. He also completed a fellowship in pain management at Harvard Medical School, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He received additional training in medical acupuncture for physicians from the Harvard Medical School. 

Following completion of his residency training, Dr. Mirazita assumed duties as a staff anesthesiologist at the First Fighter Wing Hospital, Langley Air Force Base, Virginia. During his tenure at Langley, he served as medical director of anesthesia services and founded Langley's first pain management clinic. 

Dr. Mirazita is board certified in both anesthesiology and pain management by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA). He is also board certified by the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians (ABIPP). He also serves as a board examiner for ABIPP.  He is a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and numerous other professional organizations. He has been named a New Hampshire Magazine “Top Doc” several times, most recently in 2020.
